followed by gentle partner + group connection.

& if we're not careful - we might forget the importance of our brave+beautiful heart

in times like this - our unfurled, wide-open heart is needed more than ever.

this is a free offering

for anyone wishing to feel all their feels

& turn them into Love.

we will shake, sound & unwind all the tension in the body

before we ground it, contemplate & come in to connection.

What the world needs now; is Love. Love is a team sport -

whatever the question is; the answer is community

at she's lost control we want to create an authentic, grounded & soft space where words come from the tender wisdom of an unbound body & wild heart.

no prior embodiment experience needed

only a mushy heart.
