Gift Cards

How do I use my gift card?
Whoever purchased the gift card should have received an email with a long 16-digit gift card code. Ask them to forward this to you so you can apply it at checkout.

Can you resend my gift card?
Yes. Just send let us know the name and email of the person who purchased the gift card and we’ll resend this to them. Due to security, we can’t see the 16-digit gift card code on our end or forward this to you directly.

How long are gift cards valid for?
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Can I extend an expired gift card?
We are not able to extend them beyond their expiry date. As a small independent business, we have to account for gift vouchers as future bookings and income. Having a clear expiry period helps us manage availability, staffing, and costs in a sustainable way. 

 

Crystal (Loyalty) Points

How do I check my crystal points balance?
Head to “Loyalty Love Club Rewards” at the bottom left of the website and sign into your account. You’ll see your crystal points there. 

How do I redeem my crystal points?
Once you’re logged in, you can convert your points into a coupon and apply it at checkout when making a purchase. You need to reach 500 points to generate your first £5 coupon. 1000 points generates a £10 coupon and 1500 points generates a £15 coupon.

Can I use crystal points for booking events or readings?
Yes. Crystal points generate a coupon, which can be used at checkout when booking an event or reading.

Can I merge accounts or transfer points?
If you’ve ended up with more than one account, drop us a message and we can help move everything over into one place. Please let us know which emails are associated with each account and which account you would like to keep.

 

Booking & Availability

How do I check availability for events and readings?
All availability is listed on our website under “experiences”. This is the best place to see what’s coming up and book in. 

Why can’t I see certain sessions or practitioners listed?
If something isn’t showing, it may not have been released yet or is booked up. We update availability a month in advance so please check back closer to the time.

Can I request a specific practitioner or date?
Our schedule is set in advance, so bookings are based on what’s available online. We do not accept specific requests.

How do I gift a reading to a friend?
Please order a private wellness session gift card. Select the type of reading from the drop-down menu so you have the right price. Forward the gift card email on to your friend so they can use this to book themselves in.

 

Sessions & Services

Are digital sessions recorded?
Sessions aren’t recorded automatically. If you’d like a recording, please request this before your reading begins.

Can I audio-record in person sessions?
Feel free to request this with your practitioner before your reading begins.  

Do you offer other types of readings and events?
We offer a curated range of readings and experiences. If something isn’t listed on our site, it’s not something we currently offer.

Are readings suitable for children?
We don’t offer readings for anyone under 16.

 

Group Bookings

Do you offer small group bookings for Aura Photography?
If there are 2-4 of you, feel free to book multiple back-to-back sessions. We are able to fit a group of 4 into an hour as the introduction part of the reading will only need to be given once.

Do you offer large group bookings for Aura Photography?
Yes, we offer packages for larger groups such as hen dos or work parties. You will have sole use of the studio and we can arrange additional activities whilst you wait to have your photo taken. Please get in touch for further information.

Can multiple people attend tarot, psychic or astrology readings?
Due to the personal nature of these readings, we don’t allow additional people to attend your session.

Can multiple people attend reiki or one-to-one sound healing?
Reiki is a solo experience; however, you are welcome to bring a friend to a one-to-one sound session. Please make sure to select “individual” or “couple” when booking so we can set up the space accordingly.

 

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Can I cancel my booking?
Due to the intimate nature and planning involved, our events, private sessions and classes are non-refundable.

Can I reschedule my booking?
You can reschedule bookings with more than 48 hours’ notice using the link at the bottom of your confirmation email.

What happens if I need to reschedule within 48 hours?
Changes within 48 hours are treated as late cancellations and can’t be rescheduled or refunded. This policy is in place to be mindful of our practitioners’ time. 

What happens if I am late for a private session?
If you are late, we are unable to extend your booking beyond the scheduled finishing time. The practitioner may have other bookings and commitments so are not obliged to stay later.

What happens if I am late for an event? 
If you are not inside the premises or online for the start of the event you will not be able to participate. This is to keep the space contained and ensure the smooth running of the event

Can someone else use my booking if I can’t attend?
You’re welcome to pass your booking on to someone else if you can’t make it. Make sure to notify the practitioner in advance. Their email is on your booking confirmation.

 

Space Hire

Can I hire your space?
Yes. Our space is available for private hire. It is suitable for wellness events, workshops, hen parties, baby showers and cinema evenings. You’ll find full details on our space hire page and can book through there.

Can I view the space before booking?
Yes, we offer viewings at set times during the week. Just get in touch to arrange one.

What furniture is included in the space?
We provide five trestle table with ten benches, ten fold-out chairs, and a couple of pouffes. Full details are listed on the space hire page.

What facilities are included in the space?
We have a bathroom and a small kitchenette with a sink, fridge, electric hob and two slow cookers.

Do you have a projector?
Yes, we have a projector with HDMI cable and a screen. You are welcome to bring your own if you would like something more high-tech.

Can we play music?
Yes, we have a Bluetooth speaker but we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum after 10pm as this is a residential area.

Do you have yoga mats?
Yes, we have yoga mats, blankets, eye pillows, cushions and faux sheepskins. Our space fits 20 people comfortably for yoga or any other wellness event. 

Can I bring my own catering?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own catering. 

Can I decorate the space?
You are welcome to dress the space how you like but we do not allow any decorations that attach or stick to the walls. You must take down and clear away any decorations after use.

Is the space private?
Yes. The door is lockable from the inside. You can pull a curtain closed at the entrance, as well as pull the shutter closed. There is a curtain which divides the space in two for further privacy. 

 

Jewellery & Repairs

Do you offer jewellery repairs?
We can help with repairs for our own SLC brand jewellery. Some are done in-house; others may be referred to a specialist. Most repairs will incur a fee.  

How do I arrange a repair?
Please email us with a photo and description of the damage so we can advise. If we are able to accept this repair, we ask that you drop the piece in by hand if you are local or post it back to us using a fully insured Tracked and Signed for service.

Do you create bespoke jewellery?
We would love to create a piece for you in line with SLC brand jewellery and ethos. We only create bespoke pieces from our own hand selected and responsibly sourced crystals.  

How do I request a bespoke piece of jewellery?
Please email us to request a bespoke jewellery consultation either in person or online. It is helpful to let us know the type of metal and gemstones you are interested in as well as your budget. You can browse our collection of jewellery for inspiration and send a photo for reference.

How long does it take to create bespoke jewellery?
The lead times vary depending on the design and materials of the piece but it is usually 4 – 6 weeks. There is a potential this can be quicker so don’t hesitate to reach out should you need something sooner.
