EVENTS

All tickets are non refundable as standard and can not be exchanged. We are unable to accept cancellations. If you are more than 10 mins late we cannot submit you to a session, please respect our practitioners and other customers time.

Please consider this when booking tickets.

If you are unable to attend it is possible for someone to take your place, however this is your responsibility to arrange and we would appreciate advise of any ticket resales or gifts so we can update our guest list.

SHOP

ONLINE ORDERS

We currently operate a click + collect service between 11am-4pm on weekdays only.

All other orders are processed and sent with our couriers on a Monday and Thursday only.

DELIVERY

UK Delivery is on a next day service with our partners DHL . Posting days are currently Mondays & Thursdays only. Please consider these timings if your order needs to arrive by a certain date. Please do not hesitate to get in touch to request a quote for priority or International shipping.

You can track your package using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Please note that we do not guarantee to re-ship products that that has confirmed "Delivered" on the tracking page. If your package was confirmed delivered but you did not receive it into your hands, we recommend that you speak with your family, flatmates and neighbours to see if anyone else brought in the package (this happens more often that you might think!). If the package is still unable to be located, please email us@sheslostcontrol.com for next steps.

SHOP RETURNS POLICY

Please get in touch within 24 hours if you are unhappy with your purchase and we can advise on the next steps.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand you may change your mind or need to cancel your order. If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us@sheslostcontrol.com with your request and reason. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it, and you will be asked to follow the return and refunds policies.

HYGIENE & SAFETY

Please note our team are taking all necessary precautions to ensure your orders are packed and delivered within the safest possible manner during COVID-19. Items and surfaces are sterilised frequently and our team have been provided with gloves and trained in the necessary hygiene protocol for this situation. Please note some order processing may be affected by delays due to COVID, this will be communicated to you ASAP.
