A deeply personal 50min sound bath experience followed by 20mins integration. This session can be just for you, or shared with someone you love.
If you’re feeling tense, overstimulated or simply in need of a pause, this intimate sound bath offers a quiet reset. There’s nothing to prepare for and nothing you need to do. Just time to lie down, switch off and let your system settle.
What to expect
Using energy work, gongs, koshi bells and intuitive vocal sounds, this session is designed to help your whole system find its way back to rest, without you having to do anything clever or try to "relax properly". You'll be gently guided into an energy-based meditation to invite the mind to soften and help your body feel safe enough to receive the sound. From there, you'll be immersed in waves of gong, koshi bells and voice, a cocoon of vibration that can ease tension, quiet mental chatter and guide you into a deeply meditative, restorative state. The kind where your shoulders drop without you even noticing. Afterwards, there's herbal tea, time to talk through your experience with Rachael, and no rush to re-enter the world. Or you can head off quietly with your newfound gong glow, entirely your call.

Rachael trained as a gong player in 2018 and has been sharing the power of sound ever since. She works one-to-one and with groups, offering sessions in intimate settings as well as larger-scale experiences, including the London Eye and international retreats and festivals.
Terms & Conditions
All private sessions are non-refundable due to their intimate nature and the planning involved. You are however, able to re-schedule your booking via your confirmation email with over 48 hours notice. Less than 48 hours before a reservation counts as a late cancel. All reservations are final and we do not offer refunds or store credit. If you are late for your appointment, the practitioner is not obliged to extend the session beyond the scheduled finishing time. Our policies are in place to be mindful of our practitioners’ time and the other reservations they may have. Thank you for your understanding.
