GROUP EVENTS + PRIVATE SESSIONS POLICY
Due to the intimate nature and planning involved in our events and private sessions, classes and private sessions are non-refundable.
We open reservations for our events and private sessions at least four weeks prior to the session. All we ask is that if you’re not going to be able to make it, you call or email to reschedule with at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to make sure someone else gets to join if you can’t make it!
Anything rescheduled less than 24 hours before session starts is a late cancel, and we won’t be able to reschedule you to a different session. If you’ve emailed us and haven’t heard back, please give us a call as soon as possible as we will not be able reschedule any events past their original appointment date.
If you're outside the 24-hour cancellation window, you can always switch to another event. If you need to move your booking but there are less than 24 hours until your scheduled event, that’s considered a late cancel and the above policy would apply.
Make sure you book as early as possible—we will be operating a 5 student minimum per class. If we don’t meet the minimum number of participants 3 hours before the start of class, students will be sent a cancellation email, so make sure to add email@example.com to your safe sender list and keep an eye on your inbox.
In the event that we cancel a session that you have booked, we will inform you by email and either reschedule your booking or process a refund. We can only reimburse event ticket costs and not associated travel expenses.
We operate a zero lateness policy which prevents you from taking part in a session if you are not inside the premises at the session start time. This policy is in place to be mindful of other participants and so the teacher can lock the door and start the session on time. In line with our cancellation policy, you will not be refunded for session you are unable to attend because you are late.
Please aim to arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time of your event or private reading. We understand that sometimes things happen, so please let us know before 6pm if you'll be late.
We always wait a few minutes to start our group events to accommodate late-comers. If the pink metal gate is closed at Valentine Road, the event has already begun and please don't open it to come in as it will disrupt the session in progress.
Due of the intimate and sensitive nature of many of our events, we have to be quite strict about late arrivals. Thank you for understanding and please try to give yourself ample time to land into the space without stress.
HEALTH + SAFETY
Please note that our private sessions and events are not to be used in place of financial, medical or legal advice, nor should they be used in place of psychotherapy or counseling.
If you're experiencing distress, severe mental or physical health issues, we urge you to seek professional advice via an alternative route. We will not allow anyone into a session where we suspect they are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Our practitioners might refuse service if they feel the session will not be conductive to the customers, or the practitioners own, physical, emotional, mental or overall wellbeing.
Our digital events are designed to be enjoyed as live streams, so we don't record our events as standard practice. We can occasionally record some sessions, so please get in touch ahead of time if you can't make an event and we'll see what we can do. Recordings will be kept on file for 30 days after the event.
DELIVERIES & COLLECTIONS
We currently operate a click + collect service between 11am-4pm on weekdays only. Please wear a mask and do not try and come in the store, we will come to you.
All other orders are processed and sent with our couriers on a Tuesday and Thursday only. Please bare that in mind as we do operate on a next day service but your order will only be prepared on these days. Please note our courier service DHL are closed on Easter Monday.
UK Delivery is on a next day service with our partners DHL . Posting days are currently Tuesdays & Thursdays only. Please consider these timings if your order needs to arrive by a certain date. Please do not hesitate to get in touch to request a quote for priority or International shipping. Please note our courier service DHL are closed on Easter Monday.
All international parcels will be sent via DHL or Fedex for full visibility on shipping.

You can track your package using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Please note that we do not guarantee to re-ship products that that has confirmed "Delivered" on the tracking page. If your package was confirmed delivered but you did not receive it into your hands, we recommend that you speak with your family, flatmates and neighbours to see if anyone else brought in the package (this happens more often that you might think!). If the package is still unable to be located, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for next steps.
