All private sessions are non-refundable due to their intimate nature and the planning involved. You are however, able to re-schedule your booking via your confirmation email with over 48 hours notice. Less than 48 hours before a reservation counts as a late cancel. All reservations are final and we do not offer refunds or store credit. If you are late for your appointment, the practitioner is not obliged to extend the session beyond the scheduled finishing time.
