This is a bespoke sound journey for what you feel called to explore, release or invite in.
Perhaps you’re feeling overwhelmed, carrying tension in the body, or simply ready to let go of what you’ve been holding. Perhaps you’re moving through a change and want to cleanse and clear some stagnant energy. You might be calling in new abundance, transformation or a fresh chapter, or perhaps you’re looking to deepen connection and intimacy through a couples sound bath.
The beauty of a 1:1 or 1:2 session is that the journey is created personalised to you. There is nowhere else to be and nothing else to consider, just a beautiful opportunity for self-love, nourishment and nurture.
There’s nothing to prepare for and nothing you need to do. Just time to lie down, switch off and allow yourself to be immersed in sound, energy and vibration.
What to expect
Sound and energy work, crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, ancient shamanic instrument, binaural frequency and channeled alchemic vocals, each session is intuitively woven around what feels most needed in the moment.
You’ll be gently guided into an energy-based meditation, inviting the mind to soften and the body to settle. From there, you’ll be immersed in layers of gong, koshi bells, voice and vibration creating a cocoon of sound to quiet mental chatter, soften physical tension and guide you towards a deeply meditative, restorative state.
The kind of state where your breathing deepens, your shoulders drop and you realise you’ve stopped trying to do anything at all.
Afterwards, there’s herbal tea and optional space to talk through your experience with Jessii. There’s no rush to re-enter the world you can simply take your time, or head off quietly, carrying a little of that newfound gong glow with you.
Reiki + Sound: An extended journey ...
Extend your sound bath to 1.5 hours with Reiki, deep energy healing accompanying your bespoke sound journey. The two practices to weaving together into a deeply nurturing and immersive experience.
Reiki can be received with hands-on touch or with the hands held just above the body, entirely guided by your comfort and preference.
The extra time gives you something we rarely give ourselves: time without rushing. Time to soften. Time to receive. Time to let go of the outside world and simply be.
A beautiful choice when you’re craving deeper healing, energetic renewal, emotional release or simply more time to reconnect with yourself.

Jessii Rose
Jessii is a certified sound therapist, shamanic sound healer, reiki healer + music producer. The facilitator’s sacred sound sets specialise in the use of the traditional gong, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, live binaural soundscapes, channelled alchemic vocals, harmonic toning, shamanic drums, African percussion and sonic reiki. Her unique combination of ancient instruments + and contemporary scientific knowledge of alpha, beta, delta and theta frequencies give receivers the ultimate experience to access the deepest levels of their subconscious for restorative healing through sound.
Terms & Conditions
All private sessions are non-refundable due to their intimate nature and the planning involved. You are however, able to re-schedule your booking via your confirmation email with over 48 hours notice. Less than 48 hours before a reservation counts as a late cancel. All reservations are final and we do not offer refunds or store credit. If you are late for your appointment, the practitioner is not obliged to extend the session beyond the scheduled finishing time. Our policies are in place to be mindful of our practitioners’ time and the other reservations they may have. Thank you for your understanding.
