Float away in a journey through sound...
If you’re feeling tense, overstimulated or simply in need of a pause, this one-to-one sound bath offers a quiet reset. There’s nothing to prepare for and nothing you need to do. Just time to lie down, switch off and let your system settle.
This is a gentle, individual session using gongs, koshi bells and intuitive vocal sounds to support deep rest and release. The focus is on helping your nervous system soften, without effort or expectation, so relaxation can happen naturally.
What to expect
The session begins with a short, supportive check-in. Nothing heavy or over-analysed, just a chance to share how you’re feeling and what you’d like from the session. That might be stress relief, emotional release, clarity, or simply rest. From there, the session is shaped around you.
You’ll then be gently guided into an energy-based meditation to help the mind slow and the body feel safe enough to receive the sound.
From there, you’ll be immersed in waves of gong, koshi bells and voice. The sound creates a calming, immersive environment that can ease tension, quiet mental chatter and guide you into a deeply restorative state.
The session closes with a few minutes of silence, allowing everything to settle and integrate, so you leave feeling calmer, clearer and more grounded.
