The Story
Mined in the outer reach of the Diamantina formations across the border of Minas Gerais, Brazil into Goias.
This Brazilian Tangerine Quartz then made its way on a pilgrimage to the energetic hub of South West states; Sedona. Jen took these to Cathedral Rock for a charge with sun, sound and sacred smoke. The Cathedral Rock Vortex is the only one of the four major vortices with “feminine” energy—where the energy enters the earth—and is said to have introspective power that connects you to memories and past lives. While the energy is more subtle, it is quite powerful, encouraging you to slow down, become calm and grow quiet.
The Energetic Properties
Tangerine quartz is the crystal of the soul. It protects the wearer from negative surroundings whilst opening the path for future hopes and desires. Tangerine Quartz works with the sacral chakra, promoting creativity and accepting any changes or transitions in life.
