REST + RECLAIM: A HEALING SPACE FOR BIPOC - 26TH OCTOBER - POSTPONED

About this experience

REST + RECLAIM: A HEALING SPACE FOR BIPOC

Saturday 26th October
4 PM - 6 PM

Rebecca Moore + Jessica Francis

Welcome to "Rest + Reclaim: A Healing Space for BIPOC",  celebrating the importance of self-care and community for Black people and POC. Join us for an intimate gathering where we'll meet in ceremony and journey with sound healing, meditation, sekhem and the breath. Led by renowned wellness practitioners, Rebecca Moore and Jessica Francis.

This gathering is inspired by the theme of this year's BHM, Reclaiming Narratives. Creating spaces for BIPOC to rest, cultivate their peace, joy and well-being is truly a necessity.

"Be rooted, keep your intimacy with spirit strong, meditate, rest to create, walk in gratitude, listen to your self, remember why you came here, keep creating, return to the ancient way of education, it’s integral to sing, live in community and always live according to the law and the scales of Maat" - Jessica Francis

During this event, Rebecca and Jessica will guide you through a series of practices to support you in resting and relaxation:

✨ Sound healing

✨Meditation + Breathwork

✨Sekhem

This event is a unique opportunity to connect with other BIPOC, share your experiences, and learn new tools and strategies for prioritizing your own well-being.

Join us and be a part of a supportive community committed to cultivating lives of warmth, presence and connection.

Our aim is to create a welcoming space for people of diverse backgrounds to connect and celebrate their unique experiences.
