RADICAL SELF-CARE: IN CONVERSATION WITH REBECCA MOORE
Thursday 15th August
7 - 9 PM
Rebecca Moore & Laticia Rolle
Radical Self-Care is the debut book from wellness practitioner and contemporary spiritual guide, Rebecca Moore, dedicated to empowering everyone to reclaim what it means to take care of themselves. Through her years of training and experience Rebecca has taken inspiration from ancient healing practices, creating a handbook of 40 accessible sacred self-care rituals to nourish and nurture inner resilience, simple enough to weave into each day and help us thrive with ease.
“We’re continuously sold the idea that we need to earn our right to rest and buy our way into wellness. Indulging in a spa break or getaway is a wonderful privilege. But if we’re returning to a reality of perpetual stress and overwhelm, how effective has that time away really been? Radical self-care concerns our everyday reality and the ability to experience ourselves as powerful, capable and accountable for our health and wellness.” Rebecca Moore.
Join us for an evening with Rebecca Moore at our Broadway Market store on Thursday 15th August. During the event, Rebecca will be joined by Laticia Rolle who will be hosting a Q&A.
