Beth, her partner Jamie and dog Teddy are a big part of our community. Beth and the team have sparked up a friendship based on astrology and all things cosmic, chocolate almond croissants and travel. Beth and boss lady Jeni only discovered a few days after the shoot, that they were a few years apart at secondary school - one of those magical synchronistic moments.

Beth is studying to be a psychotherapist , a volunteer for various charities, a social media manager, mental health advocate, qualified yoga teacher and mummy to maltipoo Teddy.

Beth describes herself as a hopeless romantic, travel lover, dream seeker and works hard to no longer shrink herself to meet societys (or her own) unrealistic standards. Her platform allows to share stories  about mental health and her journey through routines and rituals which helps her feel her personal best and a sense of 'calm'

She is committed to 'Seva', the act of selfless service which is the essence of serving from the heart. She shares her story to use her experience to help, uplift and connect with others.

Beth has chosen BEAT as her nominated charity - which means that we will donate 15% from the sales of every I am Calm Energy Mist to charity between now and Christmas.

The charity BEAT is close to her heart as that in 2019 she was admitted to Vincent Square, an in-patient eating disorder ward. Her journey has been long, and connecting to spirituality, to ancient practices and more esoteric topics has been integral to her growth. 

Beat is the UK’s eating disorder charity. Founded in 1989 as the Eating Disorders Association, their mission is to end the pain and suffering caused by eating disorders.
