We're back with SLC Reiki School!
Join Reiki Master Aude Firmin for a two-day Reiki Level 1 course. Reiki means universal energy in Japanese. It's a gentle but powerful practice that involves channeling universal life force energy to promote healing and balance in the body, mind, and spirit.
Over the course of the weekend, Aude will guide you through the basics of this ancient practice, teaching you how to tap into your body's natural healing powers and channel them through your hands. You'll learn the history of Reiki, the principles behind it, and how to perform a full-body treatment on yourself and others. You'll get plenty of hands-on practice, so you can feel confident in your abilities when you leave.
Whether you're looking to become a Reiki practitioner or simply want to explore the world of energy healing, this course is the perfect place to start.
