The Ritual Set
Contains four essential botanical blends consciously formulated and attuned to each of the inner season phases of the menstrual or lunar cycle. Lunar Base oil for full body self-loving massage.
Our oils are natural, we use organic where possible and are made in small- batches in Somerset, UK. With key ingredients, such as calendula and evening primrose that are organically grown and handmade into botanical oils at The Apothecary Garden in Somerset.
We work with a master perfumer and experts in cosmetic innovation who specialise in delivering high-end cosmetics to progressive market leaders in the cosmetic industry.

Each set is packaged in a mycelium mushroom box that is biodegradable in 45 days and grown in Surrey. The box can be broken down and added to compost, food waste or sprinkled in the garden and mixed with seeds to grow wildflowers.

The Menstrual Cycle
The menstrual cycle contains four main phases, each corresponding to an inner season and phase of the moon:
Menstruation phase; Inner Winter / Dark Moon/ Intuition "Now is the moment to retreat, release, rest and receive"
Follicular phase; Inner Spring / Waxing Moon/ Connection "Now is the moment to welcome new energy and opportunity"
Ovulation Inner Summer / Full Moon/ Creation

Luteal phase; Inner Autumn / Waning Moon/ Transformation

MYMOON Power is the first of its kind - a product which honours and supports every phase of the menstrual cycle. For decades, brands which support women during menstruation, menopause or hormonal wellbeing have been hidden away at the backs of shops and are often made with harmful chemicals designed to suppress symptoms rather than to support natural rhythms. A new generation of brands are taking on an outdated sector and giving it a much-needed innovation.

MYMOON Power was conceived and created by Chloe Isidora, the author of Sacred Self-care: Everyday rituals for a more joyful and meaningful life. MYMOON Power was created from the insights of Chloe’s work supporting women's physical, spiritual and mental wellbeing and the recognition of what’s missing in the current market to support women’s menstrual and spiritual connection. Chloe has been working with women for almost a decade to support feminine embodiment, womb connection and menstrual wellbeing and has been featured in The Sunday Time Style, The Guardian, Vogue, Dazed, i-D among others. Chloe believes that when we anchor ourselves in daily acts of self-care we nourish not just ourselves, but those and the world around us.

While it's a core part of a women and womb-bearers experience, for too long has the menstrual cycle, menarche and menopause been lost to shaming and a lack of education and consideration.
We’re here to support anyone who has, is or will experience menarche, menstruation and menopause to feel elevated and inspired through their own experience of their body by connecting with their natural, cyclical hormonal rhythm.
When we fall in sync with the knowing rhythm of our bodies and the natural world, our presence and experience in the world responds with contentment, creativity, passion and harmony.
