As the year draws to a close and the nights reach their longest point, join us for a deeply restorative Winter Solstice Soundbath & Cacao Ceremony a gentle pause before the new cycle begins.The Winter Solstice is a symbolic moment of stillness: a turning point where darkness gives way to returning light. This session is designed to help you release the weight of the year, honour your inner wisdom, and step into the new season with clarity, calm, and renewed energy.


 


What to Expect


Grounding Arrival Ritual


Settle your body and mind with breathwork and guided grounding to help you arrive fully and softly into the space


Ceremonial Cacao Ritual + Reflective Solstice Intention Mini-Workshop    


Awaken the heart and soften your energy with a warm, heart-opening cacao ritual. Cacao is known to support emotional release, creativity, and connection. The perfect warming complement to the reflective Solstice energy. You’ll be guided through a simple reflective practice to acknowledge what you’re ready to let go of and what you want to call in as the light returns.


Immersive Soundbath Journey


Relax into a 60–75 minute sound immersion using crystal singing bowls, chimes, gong, and frequency-based instruments designed to calm the nervous system, ease tension, and support emotional release.


Closing Integration & Light Sharing Ritual


We’ll end with a gentle moment of connection to seal your intentions for the season ahead.

Jessii Rose is a certified sound therapist, shamanic sound healer, reiki healer and music producer. The facilitator’s sacred sound sets specialise in the use of the traditional gong, crystal and tibetan singing bowls, live binaural soundscapes, channelled alchemic vocals, harmonic toning, shamanic drums, african percussion and sonic reiki. Her unique combination of ancient instruments + and contemporary scientific knowledge of beta, delta and theta frequencies give receivers the ultimate experience to access the deepest levels of their subconscious for restorative healing through sound.
