We're back with SLC Reiki School!
Join Reiki Master Nieve Tierney for a one-day Reiki Level 1 course where we'll demystify the woo woo and get down to the real energetics of Reiki.
Reiki means universal energy in Japanese. It's a gentle but powerful practice that involves channeling universal life force energy to promote healing and balance in the body, mind, and spirit.
Over the course of the day, Nieve will guide you through the basics of this ancient practice, teaching you how to tap into your body's natural healing powers and channel them through your hands. You'll learn the history of Reiki, the principles behind it, and how to perform a full-body treatment on yourself and others. You'll get plenty of hands-on practice, so you can feel confident in your abilities when you leave.
Whether you're looking to become a Reiki practitioner or simply want to explore the world of energy healing, this course is the perfect place to start.

Nieve Tierney is a modern day energy healer, and Reiki Master whose aim is to normalise the woo woo. She is one of a growing new breed of practitioners in this field who are challenging outdated stereotypes, and advocating spiritual maintenance as an accepted part of our every day routines. Nieve’s personal journey has led her to discover the magical power of energy, and how it can be channelled to heal but also to impact our daily lives, and optimise our potential and wellbeing.
