Are you curious about Astrology and how it impacts our lives on a day-to-day basis? Do you want to gain an understanding of the here-and-now, and decode the astrological weather of our current climate?
Our monthly Astro Club with SLC resident astrologer Amanda Simon is an opportunity to check-in your like-minded astro-curious community and explore astrology in action, making it relevant to current affairs, personal affairs and social consciousness.
"Pisces is the last sign of the zodiac - the welling place where winter winds down and spring is swelling. The full fertile waters of Pisces grow life alive, whether that be the live of dreams, the life of relationships, the life of making things or things made. The double fish are Aphrodite and Eros in a mutual bond prioritising matters of the heart, as the very heart of existence. Pisces is a threshold place and space that will wash whatever is germinating onto shores to take form. The oceanic womb, the place Venus loves to be for maximal connectivity and contact.
Currently Saturn the outermost planet that our actual eyes can see is residing in Pisces and has been since March 2022, will be till May 2025. Saturn builds things, is the form of our material world and supports the creation of strong vessels - our bodies are vessels, what we do with our life is a vessel, how we come into contact with the world at large is a vessel. With Saturn in Pisces the making of all these vessels and more are being reconstituted, broken down and dissolved to be reformed . We will consider this deeply together as it is a crucial consideration, and realm of awareness, in all of our personal and collective lives."

It’s a space to learn, laugh, connect and explore and is open to anyone and everyone who is interested in learning more about astrology!

Your Host
Amanda is an Astrologer, Artist, Acutonics practitioner, writer and educator who skillfully weaves together her various practices and perspectives, past and present. She advocates, with all her heart, amplifying the complexity and multiplicity of life. Through her works, she care-fully co-creates the capacity for a plugged-in participation with all that life brings and holds. Much of her training has been in the US, where she has found an Astrological sensibility that weaves together Hellenistic, Sumerian and Psychological Astrology. These strands have been crafted into her own mythopoetic reading practice. Additionally she works with planetary frequencies and is trained in Psychotherapeutic modalities.
