Join us for an evening where Yin yoga, sound healing, and gong alchemy converge—a symphony of stillness.

We'll first delve into the world of Yin yoga—a slow-paced style of yoga that focuses on passive stretching and balancing the Qi energy. Unlike more dynamic styles of yoga, there are less postures in the sequence and each posture is held for 2-5 minutes. An introspective and restorative practice, yin yoga allows us more time to tune into what's happening in the mind and the way deep stretches feel within body.

Guided by yoga teacher and sound practitioner Bianca, you'll journey through slow-paced postures designed to unlock your body's innate vitality and harmonize the flow of Qi energy. As you surrender into your final savasana, you'll find yourself cocooned in the soothing embrace of sound healing, where Bianca's Venus and Mars gongs will further balance and integrate the learnings. 

Suitable for beginners and beyond. Please wear comfortable clothing that you can stretch in. We supply yoga mats, blocks, pillows and blankets but feel free to bring anything else you might need to feel cosy.

Bianca Stephenson is a yoga teacher, meditation instructor, sound healer and Psychology major. Passionate about making yoga practice and philosophy accessible to beginners, her style of yoga has a heavy focus on simple instruction, alignment, mindfulness and breathing techniques. Her use of gongs, crystal singing bowls, tuning forks and various percussion instruments helps to enhance the meditative experience and her Psychology education helps demystify the ancient teachings. Having obtained her yoga teacher training in Thailand, she is dedicated to bringing the practice to life in the big city.
