How does a humble dinner bowl become a spiritual object? What stories are hidden beneath the surface of musical instruments? How do the vibrations of the gong translate and speak to your soul?
Lexi Elven, founder of Blithe Yoga, will take you on an immersive journey through the craft and stories of sound healing and meditation. With her deep knowledge of both ancient and modern science and captivating storytelling, Lexi will share the stories and the history of different healing and ancient instruments.Afterwards, she will play these instruments and bathe you in a dreamscape of sound.
Learn about the history of sound healing. Be enveloped in the therapeutic sounds of gongs, singing bowls, and other instruments with rich harmonic frequencies. Leave feeling rested, rejuvenated, and restored.

Lexi Elven is the founder of Blithe Yoga, a Stratford-based yoga studio, which believes in providing quality, affordable and accessible yoga for everyone. She has been practicing yoga since 2003 after coming to the UK from Hong Kong for university and needing a disciplined practice to compliment her martial arts and dance background.
Lexi founded Blithe Yoga in 2016 as a yoga supper club in her living room. She opened up the Blithe Yoga community studio space in two years later. Blithe Yoga is a welcoming space, providing quality, affordable and accessible yoga for everyone in London's most diverse community in Stratford; a diversity, which is reflected in the teaching faculty.
