About this experience

A negative core belief is an untrue belief of yourself that you believe is true. It’s the negative chatter you find your brain defaulting to when you want to do something that feels out of your comfort zone. These beliefs (or crappy crew of thoughts) don’t come from nowhere, the strongest ones are formed in your formative years when your brain is still developing (0-22yrs). It’s this time in your life when your brain forms a blueprint for who you believe you are and how you see the world around you.

When you’re feeling exhausted, burnt out, down or faced with a challenging situation in life, this crappy crew likes to speak really loudly - filling you with self doubt.

This 1.5 hour workshop includes insight into the brain, breathing techniques to calm and soothe your nervous system, guided meditation to bring you back into balance and Emotional Freedom Technique (also know as Tapping). EFT is a powerful way to help release tension held in both body and mind and overcome your negative core beliefs - enabling you to be the best version of yourself once again.
