Settle in, make yourself cosy, and let the soothing vibrations wash over you. 

Join us on Wednesday evenings for an immersive sonic journey guided by the high vibrational frequencies of the gong, alchemic crystal bowls, shamanic drums, chimes, bells, and other ancient therapeutic instruments. 

Sound is experienced not just through the ears, but through our entire being (that's why we have favourite songs and why we love to go out dancing.) When we tune into different sounds, we can tap into the healing properties of their vibrations. These vibrations can guide our bodies into a rest and digest state and our minds into a space of deep stillness. In this way, we are able to clear blockages, see and release what is no longer serving us, and make space for the new. Sound is a transformational medicine that cuts through the noise of our minds and guides us straight back to the heart space. If you struggle with silence, this session is for you.

Please note that these sessions are open to all people, but are not suited for pregnant people.

A yoga, meditation and sound practitioner based in London. With a deep love of ritual and creating magical moments, Molly’s classes are soulful, playful and creative, exploring the union of body, mind and breath by guiding awareness deeper within. Drawing from her curiosity of the traditional energetic and elemental systems inspired by her study with teachers Shiva Rae, Tara Judelle, Talia Sutra and Meghan Currie, alongside her lifelong exploration into music, sound and vibrational healing, expect beauty, nourishment and lots of blissful tones.
