About this experience

DATE YOUR LIFE: A SLOW LIVING PERSPECTIVE
Friday 16th February
7PM - 8:30PM
Giselle La Pompe-Moore
HYBRID

Take yourself on a solo date and join Giselle La Pompe-Moore for an evening of rest, reflection and reconnection. In this down-to-earth workshop, we’ll explore how we can only live slowly when we slow down to be with ourselves. Focusing on how we can see ourselves as the prototype for which we pattern our relationship to others and this planet.

We'll be taking a deep dive into what it means to choose yourself despite cultural norms that ask us to do the opposite, create a self-dating movements, romance your friends and create nourishing relationships.

We’ll discuss how we can live well and be well in a world that continues to shout at us to keep moving; by prioritising joy, unlearning social exceptions, being delightfully difficult, letting our healing and inner work be messy and seeing life as if it's for the first time.

Bring yourself and a journal and pen, as well as anything you need to support or comfort you in your practice.
