Take a deep breath and join us with breathwork expert Puravi Joshi for a deep dive breathwork session aimed at calming and regulating your nervous system.

Puravi will equip you with the tools to prepare you for when the stress and anxiety creeps up allowing you to learn how to bring yourself into your 'rest and digest' mode, leaving you in a state of ease and lightness.

Breathwork, also known as pranayama, is a powerful practice that can help unlock blockages in the mind and body. The term "pranayama" comes from the Sanskrit words "prana" (life force energy) and "ayama" (extension or control).

In this workshop, we'll explore specific techniques for regulating the breath to increase prana—or life force energy—within the body. The goal is to balance and harmonize the flow of prana throughout the body and enhance physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. 

Through a combination of guided instruction, experiential exercises, and group discussion, you'll gain a deeper understanding of the connection between the breath and stress, and how conscious breathing can help you manage stress more effectively.
