We care about your experience shopping with us and your satisfaction with the products and brands we carry.


REFUND POLICY
If you change your mind for whatever reason then please let us know via email us@sheslostcontrol.co.uk within 7 days. 

We request that the items should be returned to us, unused, unopened and within the original packaging within 14 days of purchase and we will offer you an exchange, credit or a full refund.

This does not affect your usual consumer rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
We recommend that you return items via recorded delivery so that you have proof of dispatch in case the item is lost.

Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you.

Please note due to hygiene reasons we can not refund earrings. Additionally, bespoke jewellery that is made-to-order is non-refundable. 



COVID - 19

Hygiene & Safety


Please note our team are taking all necessary precautions to ensure your orders are packed and delivered within the safest possible manner during COVID-19.
Items and surfaces are sterilised frequently and our team have been provided with gloves and trained in the necessary hygiene protocol for this situation.
Please note some order processing may be affected by delays due to COVID, this will be communicated to you ASAP.

ORDER DISCREPANCIES & AMENDMENTS

Mistakes happen from time to time! If there is ever a discrepancy between what you ordered and what you received, we will happily be sure that you get what you're looking for. Please email us@sheslostcontrol.co.uk to discuss any discrepancies.

Damaged Items

If your item(s) arrive damaged or broken, please email us with photo evidence within 48hrs, our standard Returns Policy is 14 days.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand you may change your mind or need to cancel your order. If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us@sheslostcontrol.com with your request and reason. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it, and you will be asked to follow the return and refunds policies.

Online Orders


We currently operate a click + collect service between 11am-4pm on weekdays only. Please wear a mask and do not try and come in the store, we will come to you.

All other orders are processed and sent with our couriers on a Tuesday and Thursday only. Please bare that in mind as we do operate on a next day service but your order will only be prepared on these days.

Deliveries 

UK Delivery is on a next day service with our partners DHL . Posting days are currently Tuesdays & Thursdays only. Please consider these timings if your order needs to arrive by a certain date. Please do not hesitate to get in touch to request a quote for priority or International shipping.

All international parcels will be sent via DHL or Fedex for full visibility on shipping.

*Rates may vary slightly for larger and heavier items
**Shipping rates may vary with EU/International Delivery options.
***All duties and taxes to be paid for by the customer.

You can track your package using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Please note that we do not guarantee to re-ship products that that has confirmed "Delivered" on the tracking page. If your package was confirmed delivered but you did not receive it into your hands, we recommend that you speak with your family, flatmates and neighbours to see if anyone else brought in the package (this happens more often that you might think!). If the package is still unable to be located, please email us@sheslostcontrol.com for next steps.
