As part of our fertility series, please join us with Le'Nise Brothers for a workshop on menstrual health and fertility.

This series is very close to our heart and explores the complex and challenging journey of fertility, family planning, pregnancy, and family care. We know this journey can feel lonely, but you are not alone. This series is for you, for us, for everyone.

Le'Nise will take you back to the basics of menstrual cycles and hormones to help you explore how your cycle can change the way you feel. This knowledge can help you improve your health, prepare you to start your fertility journey, optimise your work and personal life, and most of all, have a better period. 

You will come away with a better understanding of how the four phases of your menstrual cycle affect all aspects of your life and how all of this prepares your body for fertility. You will also have a better understanding of how food and movement can impact your menstrual cycle, what foods can optimise ovulation and how to eat and exercise for each phase of your menstrual cycle.

Le’Nise Brothers is a yoga teacher and registered nutritionist, mBANT, mCNHC, specialising in women’s health, hormones and the menstrual cycle. She is also the host of the Period Story podcast, which aims to break taboos around menstrual health and hormones.

Le’Nise has helped hundreds of women improve their menstrual and hormone health through her private practice and group programmes, talks and workshops for the likes of Stylist, Channel 4, Ebay and TikTok and her Instagram page.
